🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

🪵 Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order items are made specifically for each customer.

For these items, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

📦 Standard (Non-Custom) Items

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

⚠️ The buyer is responsible for ensuring they have:

  • Read the full product description

  • Checked all photos carefully

  • Understood the item before purchasing

Returns will not be accepted if the item does not meet these conditions.

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started

  • Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled

🚚 Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will then offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (depending on the situation)

🌳 Natural Materials Disclaimer

Our products are made from solid natural wood (oak).

Variations in:

  • Grain

  • Colour

  • Knots

  • Texture

are completely natural and are not considered defects, but part of handcrafted character.

📏 Delivery Access Responsibility

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Narrow doorways

  • Stairs

  • Lifts

  • Restricted access
