This handcrafted basketweave end grain chopping board is made to order from carefully selected oak and sapele hardwood, creating a stunning woven pattern that is both practical and visually striking. Built using end grain construction, this board is durable, knife-friendly, and designed to last for many years with proper care.
The standard size is approximately 40cm x 27cm, although slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the product. If you require a larger, smaller, or completely custom size, please get in touch and I will be happy to create a board to your requirements.
Each board is supplied without finger grooves or a juice groove as standard. However, these features can be added upon request. The board is also supplied with straight edges that have been lightly softened during sanding for a clean and modern appearance. If you would prefer chamfered edges or fully rounded edges, please let me know when ordering.
Every board is carefully sanded and finished with a food-safe natural wood butter made primarily from beeswax and tung oil, helping to protect the wood while enhancing its natural beauty.
As every board is handmade and crafted from natural hardwood, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Wood grain patterns, colours, and character markings will vary from board to board, making each piece completely unique. The photographs shown are examples of previous boards, and your board will have its own individual appearance while maintaining the same style and quality.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Because our products are made from natural hardwood, variations in grain and color are not considered defects.
For bulk orders, if there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
Custom and made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production or preparation may already be in progress.
