Each planter is handmade, meaning the grain and wave pattern will vary slightly — every piece is one of a kind.

All sizes refer to the internal usable space for your plant pot.

Please measure your pot before ordering.

We recommend allowing 5–10 mm clearance for easy fit.

To calculate outside dimensions add approx 60mm to each side.

This planter comes flat-packed and includes:

• 4 oak panels

• 1 bottom base panel

• Internal corner brackets

• All fixings included

• 4 protective pads/feet

All holes are pre-drilled for easy assembly.

📐 CUSTOM BASE POSITION (OPTIONAL)

By default, the bottom base panel is fitted at the very bottom.

If you would like the base raised (for example, so your plant pot sits higher inside), please leave a note at checkout with your preferred height from the top.

If no note is provided, the base will be installed in the standard bottom position.

• This is a plant pot cover, not a waterproof container

• Do not place soil or water directly inside

• Always use with a plant pot or liner

• Bottom base panel is not sealed — avoid standing water

• Each piece is made from natural wood — grain, knots, and colour will vary

• Wave pattern will vary on every piece

• Dimensions may vary slightly (±5–10 mm)

• Colour may vary depending on lighting and screen

Delivery Access

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

The table will fit through doorways, stairwells, and lifts

Failed or refused deliveries due to access issues may incur additional charges.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect the item upon delivery.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with clear photographs of the packaging and item.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

This item is made to order and created specifically for the buyer.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damage or Faults

Please inspect the item immediately upon delivery.

If the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault:

Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

This piece is made from solid oak and epoxy resin.
Natural variations in wood grain, colour, knots, and resin flow are not considered defects and are part of the character of handcrafted work.

Electronics

The integrated LED and touch system is tested prior to shipping.
Any issues related to electronics must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returns Due to Access Issues

Returns are not accepted if the item cannot be delivered due to insufficient access (doorways, stairs, lifts, etc.). Please check dimensions before ordering.
