This handmade end grain chopping board is crafted from a beautiful combination of oak, maple, and purpleheart, creating a striking natural pattern while providing excellent durability for everyday kitchen use.
End grain construction is highly valued because it is gentler on knife edges and more durable, making it a favourite choice for serious home cooks and professional kitchens.
Each board is carefully cut, glued, flattened, and sanded by hand in our workshop to achieve a smooth and strong butcher block design.

Care instructions:
Hand wash only. Do not place in dishwasher. Reapply mineral oil or board butter occasionally to keep the wood protected.
